Publication in Conference Proceedings

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least 2-3 reviewers and evaluated on the originality of the content, technical and research content/depth, correctness, relevance to the conference, contribution and readability. The accepted papers (registered and presented) of TIEII 2026 will be published by Proceedings of IEEE-the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers,which will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc.


IEEE publications are listed in the latest EI Compendex Source List.

Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, IEEE is a non-profit professional organization in the United States. Its members include electrical engineers, electronics specialists, computer scientists, and individuals interested in the advancement and application of technology in related fields. As of recent years, there are over 400,000 members worldwide. The IEEE publications and conferences cover cutting-edge research in areas such as electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, telecommunications, renewable energy, biomedical engineering, and the Internet of Things, along with their industrial and academic applications.


Policy

All accepted papers must be accompanied by at least one registration. Each registration will cover only one paper.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

Any infringements of professional ethical codes, such as plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, bogus claims of authorship, should be taken very seriously by the editors with zero tolerance.
