Witold Pedrycz |
Prof. Witold Pedrycz(IEEE Fellow, 1998) is Professor and Canada Research Chair (CRC) in Computational Intelligence in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He is also with the Systems Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, Poland. In 2009 Dr. Pedrycz was elected a foreign member of the Polish Academy of Sciences. In 2012 he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada. Witold Pedrycz has been a member of numerous program committees of IEEE conferences in the area of fuzzy sets and neurocomputing. In 2007 he received a prestigious Norbert Wiener award from the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. He is a recipient of the IEEE Canada Computer Engineering Medal, a Cajastur Prize for Soft Computing from the European Centre for Soft Computing, a Killam Prize, and a Fuzzy Pioneer Award from the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society. His main research directions involve Computational Intelligence, fuzzy modeling and Granular Computing, knowledge discovery and data mining, fuzzy control, pattern recognition, knowledge-based neural networks, relational computing, and Software Engineering. He has published numerous papers in this area. He is also an author of 16 research monographs covering various aspects of Computational Intelligence, data mining, and Software Engineering. |

Imre J. Rudas |
Prof Imre J. Rudas is Life Fellow of IEEE and the Co-chair of TC on Computational Cybernetics. He is a Rudolf Kalman Distinguished Professor, a Rector Emeritus, and a Professor Emeritus with Óbuda University. He has edited and/or authored or coauthored 22 books and more than 890 papers in international scientific journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters, and received more than 8000 citations. His research interests include computational cybernetics, cyber physical control, robotics, and systems of systems.,Dr. Rudas was the recipient of the Honorary Professor Title in 2013 and the Ambassador Title by the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He is the Senior Past President of IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. He is a Fellow of the International Fuzzy Systems Association. |

Jie Yang |
Prof. Jie Yang received a bachelor’s degree in Automatic Control in Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), where a master’s degree in Pattern Recognition & Intelligent System was achieved three years later. In 1994, he received Ph.D. at Department of Computer Science, University of Hamburg, Germany. Now he is the Professor and Director of Institute of Image Processing and Pattern recognition in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is the principal investigator of more than 30 national and ministry scientific research projects in image processing, pattern recognition, data mining, and artificial intelligence. He has published six books，more than five hundreds of articles in national or international academic journals and conferences. Google citation over 27500，H-index 85. Up to now, he has supervised 5 postdoctoral, 46 doctors and 70 masters, awarded six research achievement prizes from ministry of Education, China and Shanghai municipality. Two Ph.D. dissertation he supervised was evaluated as “National Best Ph.D. Dissertation” in 2009 and in 2017. Two Ph.D. dissertations he supervised were evaluated as “Shanghai Best Ph.D. Dissertation” in 2009 and 2010. He has owned 48 patents. |

Xiaodong Liu |
Prof. Xiaodong Liu has been very active in the research in AI-driven software engineering, focusing on cyber-physical systems, Internet of Things, service-oriented architecture, evolution of cloud services, and intelligence-driven software engineering. He has won 15 external grants and successfully led or leading these externally funded projects with the role of principal investigator with a total value of over 4.5 million GBPs to his university. Currently Prof Liu leads the Intelligence-Driven Software Engineering Research Group. He is the founder a spin out company, FlexiCAGE Ltd. He has published 200 papers in refereed international journals and conferences and 5 book chapters. He is the inventor of 1 patent in Generative Component Adaptation registered in UK, USA and at International Level (PCT). He has been the chair, co-chair or PC member of a number of IEEE and ACM International Conferences. He is the associate editor of 2 international journals and the editorial board member of 3 international journals. He is the guest editor of 6 journal special issues, and the chief editor of 3 IGI Global Research Handbooks. He is the regular reviewer of other 6 international journals. He is a senior member of IEEE Computer Society, and a member of British Computer Society. |

GyÖrgy Eigner |
Prof GyÖrgy Eigner is Senior Member IEEE and the Co-chair of TC on Computational Cybernetics. He is currently an Associate Professor and the Head of the Biomatics and Applied Artificial Intelligence Institution, John von Neumann Faculty of Informatics, Obuda University. His main research focus is the application of advanced control methods in physiological relations. He has published more than 90 scientific works on these topics and his H-index is nine. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the IEEE System, Man, and Cybernetics Society; the Co-Chair of the Computational Cybernetics Technical Committee; and the Director of the Robotics Special College of Obuda University. |

Jia Weijia |
Professor Weijia Jia (Member of National Academy of Artificial Intelligence, IEEE Fellow) is currently the Director of Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Future Networking, and Super Intelligent Computer Center, Beijing Normal University (BNU, Zhuhai); also a Chair Professor at BNBU(UIC), Zhuhai, Guangdong, China. His contributions have been recoganized for the research of edge AI, optimal network routing and deployment; vertex cover; anycast and multicast protocols; sensors networking; knowledge relation extractions; NLP and intelligent edge computing. He has over 700 publications in the prestige international journals/conferences and research books and book chapters. He has received the best product awards from the International Science & Tech. Expo (Shenzhen) in 2011/2012 and the 1st Prize of Scientific Research Awards from the Ministry of Education of China in 2017 (list 2), and top 2% World Scientists in Stanford-list (2020-2024) and many provincial science and tech awards. |

Kong Xiangjie |
The Vice Dean and Professor, College of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang University of Technology. He is an IEEE Senior Member and ACM Member, recipient of the Zhejiang Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund, Hangzhou’s Qianjiang Distinguished Expert, and Zhejiang University of Technology’s Canal Young Scholar. He also serves as founder and director of the Urban Science and Social Computing Laboratory. His primary research areas include urban computing, social computing, and knowledge management. He holds over 30 invention patents, has led multiple national/provincial research projects, and serves as Editor for international SCI journals (e.g., Wireless Communications and Computing, PeerJ Computer Science). He has also been (Lead) Guest Editor for special issues of international SCI journals (e.g., Pervasive and Mobile Computing, IEEE Access). |

Yang Liang |
Professor at Hunan University’s School of Communication Engineering, specializing in wireless and optical wireless communications. He has 160+ SCI papers (130+ IEEE journal ones), listed consecutively in Stanford’s Global Top 2% Scientists (Career & Single-year) for 5 years, and named Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researcher (2023-2024). He won 2020 Hunan Provincial Natural Science Award (2nd Prize, 1st) and was recognized as Outstanding Scientific & Technological Worker by Chinese Institute of Electronics. As PI, he led 5 NSFC projects & 1 National Key R&D Program key project, and participated in 1 NSFC joint fund project. He serves/served as editorial board member for journals like IEEE Trans. Commun., and is now Vice Chairman of Hunan Electronics Society. |

Pascal Lorenz |
Professor at the University of Haute-Alsace, recognized as a Senior Member of IEEE, Fellow of IARIA, and Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Communications Society. His research focuses on QoS, wireless networks, and high-speed networks. He has published 3 monographs, holds 3 patents, and authored 200 international papers. Lorenz has held editorial roles at IEEE Communications Magazine (2000-2006), IEEE Networks Magazine (since 2015), and IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (since 2017). He chaired IEEE ComSoc France (2014-2020) and IEEE France Finance (2017-2022), and led the IEEE ComSoc Satellite and Space Communications Technical Committee (2022-2023). Currently, he serves on the IEEE Region 8 Conference Coordination Committee and as an Associate Editor for several journals, including IJCS-Wiley, SCN-Wiley, and JNCA-Elsevier. |

Xinheng Wang |
Founding Head of Mechatronics and Robotics at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. As an IET Fellow, IEEE Senior Member, and leader of Jiangsu's "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" team, his research spans intelligent/connected vehicles, airport robotics, smart manufacturing, edge computing, digital twins, acoustic sensing, healthcare, motion detection, and power system monitoring, including SLAM/navigation in robotics. With 230+ publications and dozens of patents (6 granted in the U.S./Japan/Korea, 18 in China), his work was rated "World Leading" in the UK's REF. He has led/contributed to 30+ projects funded by the EU, UK EPSRC, Innovate UK, NSFC, and industry, driving technological and industrial advancements. |
